All orders are shipped through Canada Post Expedited Parcel and should take from two to seven business days to arrive. If for any reason you do not receive your order in the allotted time please contact us at staff@oxyhealthcanada.com and we will investigate and resend. If you include an email address with your order a tracking number will be sent to you when the order is processed.

All returned items must have the seal in tact and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds are only issued within 30 days of purchase date. Please call 250-304-1899 or email us at staff@oxyhealthcanada.com to receive an RA number. Products returned without an RA(Return Authorization) number will not be accepted. No returns on sale items.
